In view of the directions passed in CRR 1938 of 2022 if the petitioner pays the amount of Rs.2,000/- per month towards arrears, the learned Magistrate will not exhaust any harsher process against the petitioner and on conclusion of the adjusted amount, the learned court after scrutiny of the records would drop the proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1865 of 2022 is disposed of.
