Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 07-03-2023 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katwa in connection with Case No. 299 of 2024 wherein the learned Magistrate directed to execute a bond with sureties by government officer for his good behaviour for a period of two years within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order either by way of appearing in person or through legal representative before the court. The said order for furnishing bond by a government officer and surety is set aside and modified to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish bond by a registered surety for his good behaviour. The period of time should be modified by the learned SDJM, Katwa on further report being received. No impediment be created by any authority so far as the liberty of the present petitioner is concerned. The

quantum of bond to be furnished by the registered surety on behalf of the petitioner is Rs.1000/-.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1705 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
