Learned senior standing Counsel appearing for the State submits that the victim girl was recovered. She is now in a shelter home. The investigation is in progress and that relevant provisions of the Prohibition of Children from Sexual Offences Act were incorporated.

Petitioner is represented.

In view of the steps taken by the police, no further interference is called for by the writ court at this stage.

Accordingly, WPA 11099 of 2021 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
