Learned counsel for the appellants submits on instruction that the appellants seek to withdraw the appeals with liberty to file a proceeding before the appropriate forum under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Accordingly, FMAT 159 of 2026 and FMAT 160 of 2026, along with the connected applications, bearing CAN 1 of 2026 in both the appeals, are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the appellants to initiate an appropriate proceeding under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

before the competent forum/court on the selfsame grounds and cause of action. 3.

Liberty is given to the learned Advocate-onrecord for the appellants to take back the certified copies of the impugned orders, upon furnishing photocopies thereof for the records.
