Mr. Dutta, learned Senior advocate appearing in support of the instant revisional application at the very outset submits that there has been some development in the suit. He submits that the petitioners have since taken out an application for amendment of the plaint under the provisions of Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Having regard thereto, he submits that at this stage, the petitioners do not wish to proceed with the instant revisional application.

Considering such submission made in Court, the revisional application being C.O. 1434 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
