The revisional application was preferred in the year 2022. Earlier an accommodation was prayed for filing of a supplementary affidavit. Record of this revisional application reflects that the petitioners approached this court at a stage when the investigation of the case was under progress. More than two years have passed since the investigation of the case has commenced. The petitioners have been unable to produce any documents regarding the present stage of the case before this court. As such, no interference is called for by this court. Petitioners would be at liberty to take up the all the issues canvassed in this present revisional application in course of the proceeding pending before this court. . Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1867 of 2022 is disposed of.
