Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the impugned order affects the right, title and interest of the petitioners in respect of an immovable property. Private opposite party is represented.

Apparently, in an application under Section 166 of the B.N.S.S., learned Court by the order dated March 26, 2025, on perusal of a report of the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer directed removal of the obstruction from the pathway and submit a report.

The order impugned does not contain any reason dealing with the rival contentions of the parties. No reason is forthcoming as to why the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station was directed to remove the obstruction from the pathway.

Since the impugned order is not informed with reasons, it would be appropriate to set aside the same.

The order dated March 26, 2025 impugned in the revisional application is set aside.

The Jurisdictional Court will proceed to hear and dispose of the application under Section 166 of the B.N.S.S., in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations made in this order.

C.R.R. 2043 of 2025 is disposed of.
