Heard the learned Public Prosecutor.

The present revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 24.12.2020 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas, in Bidhannagar North Police Station Case No. 140 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 598 of 2020 under Sections 420/468/471/474/120B adding Section 467 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the record that the said proceedings in Bidhannagar North P.S. Case No. 140 of 2020 (G.R. Case No. 598 of 2020) has ended in FRT being FRT No. 70/23 dated 17.05.2023 and the petitioner herein has preferred an application under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. (Naraji Petition) before the Trial Court.

Considering the fact that the proceedings challenged in the present case has ended in FRT and the matter for further investigation is before the Trial Court, the present revisoin has now become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present revision is disposed of as infructuous.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
