[ Petitioner prays for waiver of the condition of the anticipatory bail since the petitioner complied with the same and since the police filed charge sheet.

State is represented.

The police filed charge sheet after conclusion of the investigation.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated June 10, 2022.

In view of the police filing charge sheet, we deem it appropriate to waive the conditions of the anticipatory bail requiring the petitioner not to enter into the jurisdiction of the Kalna Police Station and to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the Police Station where he would be residing once in a week until further orders.

All other conditions of the order dated June 10, 2022 will remain the same.

IA No.:CRAN 1 of 2022 in C.R.M. (A) 2535 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
