In the first paragraph of the petition it has been stated that this is the first application made by the petitioner for bail. This appears to be a false statement. By an order dated November 28, 2018 passed in CRM 9737 of 2018 the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected by this Court as has been submitted by learned advocate for the State.

The petitioner has suppressed material fact and has indulged in sharp practice. The petitioner has tried to mislead this Court.

In view of such dishonest conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to even consider this application for bail. CRM 4533 of 2021 is dismissed.
