1. This matter has come at the instance of the appellant for correction of the name of the appellant in the order dated 16.8.2024.

2. It appears that in the cause title the name of the appellant has been inadvertently transcribed as "Ganesh Das" instead of "Ganesh Dutta".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 16th August, 2024.

4. The other portion of the order dated 16th August, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

6. The department is directed that this contempt application shall not be shown as pending.

7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
