1. Writ petition is directed against an order dated November 21, 2024 passed in O.A. 865 of 2014 (LRTT) by the West Bengal Land Reforms & Tenancy Tribunal.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending before the learned Tribunal.

3. The order impugned records that the date of hearing is fixed today before the learned Tribunal.

4. In such circumstances, we find no reason to issue any direction for expeditious disposal as the Tribunal fixed the date of hearing.

5. In such circumstances, we are not minded to issue any direction upon the learned Tribunal.
