It appears from the aforesaid Memo of Evidence that the proceeding being GR Case No. 1250 of 2014 arising out of Bhabanipur P. S.Case No. 222 of 2014 dated 3.9.2014 which is also the subject matter of the present revisional application has already been quashed by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 11.05.2016 passed in CRAN 1652 of 2016 with CRR No. 1376 of 2016 and the petitioners have been discharged from the case.

In the light of the above, the present revisional application has become infructuous and the same is dismissed. All connected applications also stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
