This matter relates to an appointment in the post of Assistant Teacher in a primary school. The selection process to fill up the post was undertaken in 2003.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
