Affidavit of service as filed, be kept on record. 2.

The petitioner, an Assistant Professor in the Dr. Gour Mohan Roy College had applied for transfer from the said College to three colleges of her choice as will be evident from the Form-I (Part-I) of the application.

The College authorities had also furnished a 8no objection9 to the petitioner9s application for transfer of own seeking. The said no objection has also been duly forwarded.

The respondent No.2 is directed to immediately effect such transfer in accordance with law by February 15, 2026, subject to availability of vacancy in any of the three colleges, as indicated by the petitioner.

Such decision taken by the respondent No.2 will be communicated immediately to the College Service Commission, the respondent No.3 herein for taking appropriate steps in the mater.

6. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
