None appears for the respondents no. 7 to 13 despite service.

The petitioners' grievance is that their land has been acquired by the State-respondents but no compensation has been paid to them till date. The petitioners submitted a representation before the 5th respondent on February 03, 2023 ventilating their grievance, which is yet to be considered. The petitioners pray for a direction upon the concerned authority to consider their representation at the earliest.

It is submitted on behalf of the State-respondents that the 5th respondent be directed to consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider and dispose of the

representation submitted by the petitioners on February 03, 2023 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested persons including the petitioner, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. In the event the petitioners are found entitled to compensation, such compensation be disbursed in favour of the petitioners within a month thereafter. With the above observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
