1. Perused the report.

2. It appears that the petitioner and his family members were found to be in possession of a flat. The flat was not electrified. The petitioner also, has not yet applied for electricity.

3. If the petitioner applies in the proper form as per the regulations, such application shall be processed and connection shall be granted, in accordance with law. The petitioner submits that other persons in the flat are enjoying electricity. Thus, the same procedure followed in case of other flat owners will also be followed in this case. If there are grounds for not granting supply, the same shall be informed to the petitioner.

4. The writ is disposed of.

5. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
