The writ petition previously appeared on Court No. 22 22.6.2022 (Item No. 13) (AB) several occasions, when necessary directions were made.

Even today, none appears for the parties nor any accommodation has been sought for.

In view of the above, the writ petition WPA 8534 of 2007 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
