A secured creditor complains that an application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is yet to be considered and decided.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits, that the pandemic situation prevented the State Authorities from disposing of the application. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to request the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the application under Section 14 of the Act of 2002 as expeditiously as possible preferably within four weeks from date.

W.P.A. No.11134 of 2021 is disposed of, accordingly.
