The petitioner is aggrieved by the orders dated 11.03.2022 and 06.05.2022 wherein the learned Special Court was pleased to issue proclamation and attachment without any execution report being received from the investigating agency or the executing officer. Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and he has been all on a sudden named in the charge-sheet and is unaware regarding the criminal case. Having regard to the background of the facts in which the petitioner has been implicated, I direct the proclamation and attachment order so issued on 11.03.2022 by the learned Special Judge (NDPS), Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur and further continued by the order dated 06.05.2022 be stayed till 06.07.2022.
The learned Special Court would revive the said order of proclamation and attachment on 07.07.2022.
