1. The petitioner contends that he has business interest outside the State of West Bengal.
Accordingly he prays that the conditions of bail i.e. 'to remain within the jurisdiction of Nadigram police station and report to the Officer-in-Charge of Nandigram police station once in a week be waived.
2. The learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for relaxation of condition of bail.
3. We have considered the materials on record petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail since June, 2022.
4. Accordingly, conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner are waived and we direct that he shall report to the Officer-in-Charge, Nadigram police station once in every month until further orders.
5. Other conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.
6. Accordingly, application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
