1. Receipt showing submission of deficit Court fees and the affidavit of service filed in Court today are taken on record.

2. The petitioners pray for implementation of the direction passed by the West Bengal Information Commission on 28th February, 2025 for providing the information sought for by the appellant before the Commission through email, wherever it is available.

3. Learned counsel representing the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission seeks time to provide the information to the petitioners.

4. The instant writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission to take steps in terms of the order passed by the West Bengal Information Commission at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
