This revisional application has been filed by the petitioner seeking order under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of G.R.Case No. 886 of 2015 arising out of Andal Police Station Case No. 182 of 2015 dated 16.5.2015 under Section 292 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 67/67-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Mr. N.P. Agarwal along with Mr. Pratick Bose, learned advocates appearing on behalf of the State produces the case diary along with Memo of Evidence.
It appears from the Memo of Evidence that on the basis of materials collected during the course of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case vide charge-sheet No. 395 of 2015 dated 4.12.2015 under Section 292 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 67/67-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 against the petitioner disclosing prima facie materials. In view of the above, the present revisional application stands dismissed. The observation made as above will not effect the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the trial court. The revisional application stands disposed of.
All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
