By filing this revisional application under Section 407 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking transfer of POSCO Case No. 15 of 2014, G.R. Case No. 1196 of 2014, Goalpokhar Police Station Case No. 117 of 2014 dated March 14, 2014 under Sections 363/366/376/109 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, pending in the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur to the Court of the learned First Additional Sessions Judge at Islampur.

Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency, this Court finds that the petitioners are

no more interested to proceed with the instant matter.

Accordingly, CRR 1524 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, be vacated.

In view of the above, connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated by the Registry to the learned trial Court below for information and taking necessary action.

9.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
