And In Re : Hasanujjaman Mondal ..... petitioner Mr. Rameswar Sinha .... for the petitioner Mr. Neiguive Ahmed Ms. Amita Gaur ... for the State Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner before us is proclaimed absconder, we are not in a position to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 4548 of 2021 is dismissed.
