Victim-housewife committed suicide after seven years of marriage at her parental home. Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts and the extent of complicity of the petitioners, who are the in-laws of the victim-housewife, in the alleged crime, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the accused/petitioners may not be necessary in the facts of the present case and they may be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the accused/petitioners, namely (1) Ripon Ghosh, (2) Kanchan Ghosh,

(3) Sonali Ghosh, (4) Lakshmirani Ghosh & (5) Nimai Ghosh, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
