This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, 3rd Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of Title Suit No. 1223 of 2024 expeditiously.

From the order sheets appended to this application this Court finds that the hearing of the injunction application has been fixed on 12th June, 2025.

C.O. 1653 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 3rd Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to take up the hearing of the injunction application on the next date fixed, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
