None appears on behalf of the petitioner nor is any adjournment prayed for on their behalf even in the second call.

The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non implementation of an order passed under section of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI). It is evident from the conduct of the petitioner bank that they are neither interested nor diligent in proceeding with this matter and recovering the subject loan.

In view of the above, WPA 10943 of 2026 stands dismissed for default.
