The wife seeks transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 1477 of 2022 which is pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 7th Court at Barasat to any court of competent jurisdiction at Howrah.

The husband is before this court and submits that he does not have any objection to such prayer for transfer. He seeks expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit.

Considering the above circumstances and the difficulties of the respective parties, this court directs the learned District Judge, North 24-parganas at Barasat to transfer the records of Matrimonial Suit No. 1477 of 2022 to the court of the learned District Judge, Howrah. The learned District Judge, Howrah is directed to either hear out the matrimonial suit himself, upon receipt of the

records or assign the same to any competent court at Howrah.

Upon receipt of the records, notices will be sent to the respective parties by the learned transferee court and the suit shall proceed in accordance with law, expeditiously.

The revisional applications are accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
