In view of a sufficient case having been made out by the petitioner regarding inordinate delay in disposal of the connected eviction suit, C.O. No. 1253 of 2021 is disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Third Court at Diamond Harbour, Distirct-South 24Parganas, to dispose of Title Suit No. 172 of 2018, pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, preferable within one year from the date of communication of this order to the court below. The petitioner shall communicate this order, along with a server copy thereof, on the opposite party and/or on the learned advocate appearing

for the opposite party in the court below as well as on the trial court to ensure due compliance of the same.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
