Petitioner has alleged that she has been subjected 19.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.157 Rakib to harassment by the Sub-inspector of the Detective Department, Howrah Police Commissionerate, to that effect informations have been submitted to the superior officers.

State has submitted a report in connection with Howrah Police Station case no.

07/2025 dated 07.01.2025. Report reflects that complicity of the present petitioner and notices were issued for interrogation in connection with the said case. Petitioner attended the police station but did not cooperate with the investigation as is revealed from the report.

I have considered the report submitted by the State and I find that there are allegations of thick complicity of the present petitioner is found from the report. Consequently, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this Court at this stage. Petitioner would be at liberty to exhaust other statutory remedies available to her under the law.

Accordingly, WPA 10371 of 2025 is dismissed.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
