The writ petition is taken up for hearing in presence of Mr. Tulsidas Maity, learned advocate representing the petitioner and other learned advocates representing the District Primary School Council, Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal Board of Primary Education as well as the State respondents.

Mr. Maity has submitted before this Court that the writ petitioner has already got appointment in the post of Primary Teacher in the district of Dakshin Dinajpur, during the pendency of this writ petition. Therefore, nothing remains to be decided on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 11661 of 2017 stands disposed of.
