1. The petitioners prays for implementation of the direction by the West Bengal Information Commission on 7th February, 2025 for providing the information sought for by the appellant before the Commission through email whenever it is available.

2. The learned Counsel representing the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission submits that similar order has been passed

in W.P.A 10394 of 2025 dated 27th August, 2025 in the line of the said order the writ petition can be disposed of.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission the writ petition is disposed of by directing the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission to take steps in terms of the order passed by the West Bengal Information Commission at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
