The only relief that can be granted to the petitioner in this proceeding is that, the police authorities must escort the petitioner back to the residential house situated at Pachla, Howrah.

It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.4 to 6 that they do not have any objection if their father resides in the same house, as them. Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits that there are cases and counter-cases and the parties are involved in several disputes with regard to enjoyment of the property. Be that as it may, the investigations, which are going on, shall continue independently. The claim of the petitioner against the sons before the other forum shall continue independetly. The petitioner will approach the Officer-inCharge, Pachla Police Station on June 19, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.,

when a team of police officers will escort the petitioner back to the residence. The police authorities will ensure that the petitioner is able to reside there peacefully and the parties shall maintain peace and tranquillity. The police will also ensure that no law and order problems take place. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
