It is stated, therein, that the missing person was recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C was recorded. Final report has been placed before the jurisdictional criminal Court for offences punishable under different provisions including Section 498A/323/365/34 of the IPC. Therefore, nothing survives in this application for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus.

The writ petition being WPA 7707 of 2012 is, accordingly, disposed of.
