for the de facto complainant Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that since charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 72(2) of BNS read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act adding Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 of which cognizance has been taken by the learned trial court. He submits that he intends to withdraw the instant application in order to prefer an appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench as provided under the statute.

In view of the above, CRM (M) 382 of 2025 stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal in accordance with law.
