(via video conference) Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee ...for the petitioner Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick Mr. Sayan Ganguly ..for the State The petitioners have made several allegations against a number of agencies and the authorities of Jalalpur Gram Panchayat. It is the contention of the petitioners that a particular agency has been favoured and the panchayat authorities have issued work orders without the following terms and conditions of the scheme and the Notice Inviting Tender. A complaint has been lodged with the concerned Block Development Officer. However, the allegations of the petitioners are vague and inconclusive.

The agency against whom the complaint has been made has not been added as a respondent to this proceeding.

Under such circumstances, no order can be passed in this writ petition. However, if the petitioners make any specific allegations against the Jalalpur Gram Panchayat in future, the same shall be considered and disposed by the Block

Development Officer concerned in accordance with law.

This writ petition is thus disposed of.

There will be however no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
