The petitioners are directed to serve the copy of the contempt application upon Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate who has instruction to represent the alleged contemnor.

Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has preferred an appeal being MAT 1636 of 2022 challenging the judgment and order dated 8th September, 2022. He submits that an application for stay will be filed shortly. He prays for four weeks' time.

An advance copy of the application for stay which is to be filed in connection with the aforesaid appeal has been handed over to the learned Advocate representing the petitioners in Court today.

List this contempt application under the same heading after four weeks.
