...... petitioners Mr. Navanil De Mr. S Dey ...... for the petitioners Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. S K Dan ...... for the State Having considered the materials in the case diary and bearing in mind the statement of witnesses disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in throwing bombs at the victim which is supported by medical evidence, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
