Petitioner is aggrieved and as such has made a representation to the Inspector-in-Charge, Berhampore Police Station on 22.03.2025. Petitioner complains that he is unable to run his business.

Although, the private respondents committed before the authorities that they will not cause any hindrance in the business of the petitioner but there has been interference for which he is suffering.

Be that as it may, I find that direction was passed on 28.02.2025 in WPA 30379 of 2024, police authorities would ensure that the direction passed in WPA 30379 of 2024 are complied with.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10424 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
