Affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondent nos. 9, 10 and 12 are taken on record.

It is further submitted that the police picket as directed in the order dated 26th July, 2021 has been posted. The Officer-in-Charge, Golabari Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The report of the Officer-in-Charge, Golabari Police Station dated 1st August, 2021 is kept with the record.

It is submitted by the counsel for the State, Mr. Jishnu Chowdhury that in respect of the incident dated 23rd March, 2021, complained of, the Golabari police has registered a case, being no. 215 of 2021 on the 10th of July, 2021 under Section 188, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The other disputes between the parties cannot be gone into since they are purely civil and private in nature. It is made clear that this Court has addressed the matter in the context of the action taken by the Golabari Police Station on the subject of complaint. The mutual rights and liabilities of the parties may be agitated before a Civil Court in either pending or proceedings.

The writ petition is disposed of.
