The judgment and order dated August 18, 2022 is mentioned at the behest of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Learned Advocate appearing for the CBI submits that there is a typographical error appearing in Paragraphs 5 and 18 of the judgment and order dated August 18, 2022. He submits that the date instead of "February 20, 2022", should be "February 28, 2022".

Learned Advocate appearing for the opposite parties does not raise any objection.

In such circumstances, the error apparent on the face of the record is directed to be corrected.

The date "February 20, 2022" appearing in Paragraphs 5 and 18 of the judgment and order dated August 18, 2022 be corrected as "February 28, 2022".

The department will incorporate the corrections in the judgment and order dated August 18, 2022.
