The petitioner's prayer seeking general transfer is pending consideration at the end of the school. 2.

The School has already issued a No Objection Certificate in favour of the petitioner but has not forwarded her documents to the District Inspector of Schools.

The head of the institution is directed to forward all documents of the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4.

The District Inspector of Schools shall take a decision in the matter within eight weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the School.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then the District Inspector of Schools shall take necessary

follow up steps in the matter in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 6.

The fate of the application of the petitioner shall be made known to her.

7.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

8.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
