The Court is informed that the petitioner was reinstated in her residence pursuant to the order dated July 26, 2021.

Learned senior standing counsel appearing for the State on the basis of report of the police filed in Court, submits that the police reinstated the petitioner pursuant to the order of the Court. On enquiry, the police learnt that the petitioner is threatening persons in the locality. There is also a contention of sale of the immovable property by the husband of the petitioner.

On a query of the Court as to whether the police came across any registered deed of conveyance or not, the answer is the negative.

Report filed in Court be taken on record.

Since the primary grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, further interference is not called for. The police will act in accordance with law on the complaint, if any, received by them.

W.P.A. 11146 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all legal formalities.
