I have perused the subject-matter of challenge in the revisional application relating to Berhampore Women Police Station Case No. 82 of 2021, which is under section 448/323/506/509/354/34 of the IPC.

The investigating agency on conclusion of investigation submitted charge-sheet. Although, chargesheet has been submitted, but, none of the documents under section 207 of the Cr.p.c. has been enclosed along with the revisional application.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that the petitioners would be at liberty to take all the issues at the stage of section 239 of the cr.p.c. The ld. Magistrate would dispose of the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations made by this court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1589 of 2023 disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
