1. Both the petitioners stand implicated in the incident of assault leading to the death of the victim.

2. Investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail particularly considering the gravity of the offence and their involvement will be improper.

4. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

6. C.R.M. (A) 1442 of 2024 is dismissed.
