Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Saha, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners who are relations have been implicated in connection with the instant case on false accusations. Learned advocate submits that the petitioners have prayed for discharge before the learned special court at Arambagh.

The learned special court on an assessment of the materials collected by the investigating agency particularly, the statements recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has arrived at its conclusion regarding prima facie case being made out for framing charge against the petitioners. Learned advocate for the petitioners insists that those are false charges. As such, the petitioners would be at liberty to rebut such contentions advanced in

course of examination-in-chief at the appropriate stage of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1591 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
