Petitioner has approached this Court as the petitioner claims to be a share cropper who addressed information to the land authorities as well as the police authorities alleging that since her husband expired she has been deprived of her dues and the private respondents had been interfering with her rights.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that already a case has been registered being Bishnupur P.S.

Case No.115 of dated 08.05.2025 under the relevant provisions of the BNS

as well as the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. The SDPO, Bishnupur is investigating the case.

Having regard to the steps taken by the police authorities and the special court already being in seisin of the case, petitioner will henceforth ventilate her grievance before the special court already in seisin of Bishnupur P.S. Case No.115 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025. So far as the issue relating to right of usage in the land is concerned, petitioner would approach the appropriate forum or the court in respect of the remedies sought for.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10426 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
