2. The petitioner contends that although an enquiry was initiated by the West Bengal Medical Council, the same has not reached its logical conclusion. The petitioner has been waiting since long for such report.

3. The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to treat the writ petition as a representation and dispose of the same upon hearing the respondent nos.6 to 8, within a period of two months from the date of communication of the order.

4. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the claim of the petitioner. The authority will decide the matter independently and on the basis of the records as also the submissions of the parties.
