1. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that alleged recovery in the present case is 458 bottles of Codeine Phosphate and Triprolidine Hydrochloride Syrup. Petitioner is in custody for eleven months and other two accused persons have been released on bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail as witness action has commenced.

3. Having considered the period of detention of the present petitioner and the petitioner being similarly situated as other

accused persons who have been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 256 of 2026 and CRM (NDPS) 594 of 2026 I am of the opinion that petitioner be extended the same benefit. As such the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Petitioner shall be released on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon the other two accused persons.

4. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 981 of 2026 is allowed.

5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
